Join Sue Egnoto and Morris Wallack on their recently expanded outdoor deck in historic Morehead Hill/Durham for a wonderful evening of great food and the spirit of Sukkot under the trees. This year’s theme of “Smoke and Sukkot” will feature appetizers of house-smoked trout and salmon, smoked chicken and brisket for dinner, accompanied by wonderful side dishes, and white and red wines to match. Everyone who attends will go home with a vacuum-packed piece of salmon, marinated in dark rum, dry cured in brown sugar and salt, and smoked to perfection on Alder wood. It’s sure to be an evening of tastes to remember with great company!
